Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VisioEngine (the "Service"), operated at visioengine.com and related subdomains. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

VisioEngine turns your written wish and a reference photo into a generated scene. We aim for the Service to be available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that scenes will always render, render quickly, or meet your expectations. Generated content is created by AI and may contain inaccuracies or artifacts.

You agree not to:

• Upload photos of other people without their consent, or content you do not have the right to use.
• Request scenes that are illegal, sexual, hateful, harassing, violent, or that exploit or harm minors.
• Use the Service to impersonate, deceive, defame, or harass another person.
• Attempt to access, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use generated scenes to mislead others into believing fabricated events are real.

We may refuse to generate, or may remove, any content that violates these rules.

You may create a film as a gift for someone else. By uploading a photo, you confirm and warrant that either (a) it is a photo of you, or (b) you have the informed permission of the person shown to upload it and to have their likeness processed by VisioEngine to generate a film, and that you are authorized to give that permission on their behalf for this purpose. You are responsible for any claim arising from a photo you were not permitted to upload. If a person shown in an uploaded photo asks us to remove it, we will delete that photo and any film made from it. Write to info@visioengine.com.

You retain ownership of the wishes you submit and the photos you upload. By submitting them, you grant us a limited license to host, process, and generate scenes from them as needed to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe the rights of any third party.

You may use the scenes you generate for personal, non-commercial purposes including sharing with friends and on social media, provided you do not misrepresent them as factual or real events. VisioEngine may use aggregated, non-personally-identifiable analytics to improve the Service. We may set usage limits to keep the Service fair and stable for everyone.

Some features may require payment or credits. Promotional codes may be applied at checkout and are subject to their stated terms. Unless otherwise noted, payments are non-refundable. We may change pricing or introduce new plans with reasonable notice.

The VisioEngine name, logo, and platform design are owned by us. These Terms grant you no rights to our trademarks or proprietary technology beyond what is necessary to use the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that scenes will be accurate, faithful, or fit for any particular purpose. Generated content is creative and may not reflect reality.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VisioEngine and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including any harm caused by content you generate or share.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any operational reason with reasonable notice where feasible.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted in the Service or sent by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
